With over 52,500 computers receiving SOS-NEWS supplying 700,000 + readers, this volunteer operation exceeded most expectations as an internet peoples media
service exposing government dictatorship & mismanagement, corruption, and corporate control running our country into the ground.
Not journalist, nor perfect, we convey the peoples message with understandable people speak (check the readership) answerable only to our readers "No Govt Strings Attached"
To keep SOS-NEWS operating as a people's voice, not a paid advertising commercial controlled platform, we now are forced to seek donation support
with financing our internet website, ISP, phone and small running costs. Save Our Snowy is an un-incorportated organisation started May 2004
With volunteers at SOS-NEWS, we are not burdened by wages, however our basic operating costs are 90% covered personally by two of our volunteers and this cannot continue
forever.
If you can help with any funding no matter how small, your support is most welcome to keep this service flowing. We do not require a fortune, just subsistence finance to keep the door
open of this "In Your Face" peoples informative, investigative, un-controlled, internet news service to the people of Australia that has Australian
governments concerned and their undivided attention.
We are sorry - but unlike the GREENS, do not have access to government conveyor belt loads of taxpayer dollars, nor the inexhaustable on-tap government resources these so called
public funded non-government organisations have at their beck and call.
I can only say - "it must have been something we said" - that has placed us on governments outer, along with you the people - so we cannot offer a
Tax Deduction for donations, FOR ... we are not recognised... YET!
